Your profile
Tell Meelu who it writes as, so drafts sound like you.
Your profile is the You section on the Settings screen. It is about you as a person, not your business. It stays the same across all your websites.
Meelu uses it whenever it writes as you. If it is empty, content is written in no particular voice.
The fields
| Field | What to put in it |

| Your name | Your own name. |
| Role | How you are introduced, for example "Founder" or "Head of Marketing". |
| Company | Your company's name. |
| Timezone | Your timezone as a place name, such as "America/New_York" or "Asia/Kolkata". Not an abbreviation like "EST" or "IST". |
| Sign-off | The exact lines you end a message with. Meelu uses them word for word, line breaks and all. |
| How you want to come across | Your voice, in your own words. For example: "Plain-spoken and direct. Short sentences, no jargon, never salesy." |
| Short bio | A line or two about you. Think of what a stranger would want to know before reading something you wrote. |
| LinkedIn, X | Links to your personal profiles. |
| Your own site | Your personal site, not the business site. |
Click Save when you are done. You see Saved next to the button.
The voice field matters most
How you want to come across has the biggest effect on drafts. Describe how you sound at your best, and what you never want to sound like. Words to avoid help as much as words to use.
Let Meelu fill it in
If you would rather talk than type, click the sparkle button Set this up with Meelu in the top right of the You section. A task called Set up your profile opens. Pick a prompt chip, and Meelu asks you questions one at a time:

| Set my sign-off | Asks for your sign-off and reads it back so you can check the line breaks. |
| Describe how I want to sound | Asks how you sound at your best and what to avoid, then writes a short description for you to approve. |
| Read back what you have | Reads your profile back field by field and says which fields are still empty. It changes nothing unless you ask. |

What each button does
